Care for Your Veyora

A little thoughtful care helps preserve the shape, finish and beauty of your handbag. Follow these simple steps to keep your Veyora looking its best.

Everyday Care

• Handle your bag with clean, dry hands whenever possible.
• Avoid overfilling, as excess weight may affect the shape, handles and stitching.
• Keep the bag away from sharp or rough surfaces that may scratch the finish.
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, makeup, hair products, sanitizer, oils and ink.
• Do not expose the bag to prolonged sunlight, heaters or high humidity.
• If the bag becomes wet, blot gently with a clean cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally.

Caring for Elara’s Glossy Finish

Wipe the surface gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after use. Do not scrub, use abrasive cleaners or apply alcohol-based products. Keep Elara separate from dark, colour-transfer-prone fabrics and avoid pressing it against textured objects during storage.

Caring for Sienna’s Croc-Effect Texture

Use a soft, dry cloth to remove surface dust, following the direction of the texture. Do not use a stiff brush or pull at the embossed areas. Avoid prolonged pressure that may flatten or mark the finish.

Storage

• Empty the bag before storing it.
• Lightly fill the interior with clean, acid-free tissue or soft material to help maintain its shape.
• Keep straps arranged naturally rather than tightly folded.
• Store the bag upright in a cool, dry place, ideally inside its protective dust bag or wrapping.
• Do not stack heavy items on top of it.

Hardware and Zippers

Open and close zippers gently without forcing them. Wipe metal hardware with a clean, dry cloth and keep it away from moisture and chemicals. Natural changes in shine can occur with regular use.
