These Terms & Conditions govern your use of veyorabags.com and purchases from Veyora Bags (“Veyora,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Exchange & Returns Policy.

14. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase and must provide accurate, complete and current information. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, interfere with its security or operation, or attempt to access information or systems without authorization.

15. Products and Descriptions

We aim to present product photographs, colours, features and descriptions as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings, lighting and production variations may cause slight differences in colour, texture or finish. Product availability, packaging and details may change without notice. Measurements, when provided, are approximate unless stated otherwise.

16. Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable amount will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch. We may correct pricing, description or availability errors and may cancel an affected order. If advance payment has been collected for a cancelled order, the paid amount will be returned through an appropriate method.

17. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to confirm the order, address, phone number, selected product or payment method. An order may be refused, limited, placed on hold or cancelled because of unavailable stock, incorrect information, suspected fraud, repeated refused deliveries, pricing errors or other reasonable operational concerns.

18. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable locations. The customer must provide accurate contact details, remain available for courier communication and pay the amount due at delivery. Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of confirmed parcels may result in limits on future Cash on Delivery orders.

19. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to assist before dispatch, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun. Once dispatched, the Shipping & Delivery and Exchange & Returns policies apply.

20. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, incorrect customer information, remote destinations or circumstances outside our reasonable control. 21. Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Eligibility, request windows, delivery charges, inspection and remedies are governed by our Exchange & Returns Policy. Items must meet the published conditions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may have separate eligibility rules, expiry dates and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, applied after an order is placed or exchanged for cash. We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by error, misuse or technical failure.

23. Intellectual Property

The Veyora name, logo, website design, photographs, graphics, written content and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Veyora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use them commercially without written permission.

24. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights. With your permission or where the submission clearly allows publication, we may display that content in connection with Veyora. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product experience.

25. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, couriers, payment providers, social platforms and communication tools. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Veyora is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

26. Website Availability

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website for maintenance, security or business reasons. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, although we will make reasonable efforts to maintain normal operation.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veyora will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Our responsibility for a valid product claim will be limited to the remedies available under the published Exchange & Returns Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

28. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute should first be raised with our customer-care team so both parties can try to resolve it in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, it may be referred to the courts or authorities with lawful jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, policies or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply from publication unless a different date is stated.
